This Privacy Policy describes how the Income Tax Acts 2025 mobile application ("the App") handles information. By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App itself does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. All content (the Income-tax Act, 2025 and Income-tax Rules, 2026 text) is bundled with the App and is fully offline. Your bookmarks, highlights and notes are saved only on your device and never leave it.
The App displays occasional full-screen (interstitial) advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, advertising identifiers and usage information in accordance with Google's privacy policy. The App does not request access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage or any sensitive device features.
Other than the advertising service described above, the App does not use analytics, crash-reporting, or any other third-party SDKs that collect data.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
